Requests from travellers

When you send a request with the form, we store your name, your phone number or e-mail address, what you are looking for (town, type of vehicle) and the date, with your consent. The data is used to pass your request on to a business and is deleted after 13 months. A hidden anti-spam field and a hashed form of your IP address are used to limit abuse; the IP address itself is not stored.

Businesses that verify an entry

When a business orders the verification of its entry, we store the name of the business, the name and function of the contact person, a phone number and an e-mail address, the chosen payment method and the status of the order. Card payments are made on the secure page of Dodo Payments, which receives the payment data; we never see or keep card numbers. The data is kept as long as the subscription lasts and the legal accounting period that follows.

Entries of the directory

The entries come from open data and contain only public business information. A business can ask to correct or remove its entry at any time, free of charge, from the contact page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time through the contact page. Data is never sold. The site uses no advertising cookie.
